Hi, I'm Melissa Carlton, Australian Paralympian (1996, 2000).

My time as an athlete on the Australian Paralympic Swim Team has not only provided me with great memories, friendships and stories, it has also reinforced the importance of goals, dreams and inspired the life motto "Set No Limits"
  
A lot of my achievements are thanks to the incredible support from my family, coach, swimming club, school and Tasmanians everywhere!  It's now my great pleasure to share my stories and to encourage the setting of no limits!
